Landlord Safety Certificates

Happy to work with individual landlords or letting agency's, it is normal practice that we service the boiler at no extra cost at the same time as carrying out the CP12 inspection.

Power Flushing from £275.00 up to 7 radiators

Black water, dirt, rust and debris is removed from the heating system using chemicals, magnets and bi-directional flow pumps.
